The only thing good about this place is the Salad Bar when it is kept up. The menu items appear to come in prepackaged and warmed on site for the most part. Burgers are ok, but the rolls seem dry from sitting around for awhile

We haven't been to Ruby Tuesday's in a while. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, the restaurant was clean, and the service was great. We used a 25% off coupon that we received after registering on their web site. What a great deal. We will definitely go back!

When we walked in the front door today for lunch, there was a weird smell, kind of sour and kind of rancid. I kept thinking the carpets were dirty with cooking grease and filth. The tabletop was sticky, not from anything sticky, but from lack of deep cleaning and years of built up grease. There were about 6 flies hovering around our table the entire time we were there, disgusting. I generally enjoy the salad bar, though there is nothing special or great about it. Many of the vegetables today were frozen solid to the bottom of the bowls they were displayed in. The iceberg had a "old" taste today but thankfully I only took a few pieces. At least the croutons were crispy, not soggy grease pellets like the last time. We both ordered meals and as usual, we were underwhelmed. My low country shrimp and grits was so salty, it was inedible, and I tend to love salt. When I got home I looked up the nutrition and found out it had over 4700 mg of sodium which is double my daily recommended. It had the highest sodium levels on the whole menu. WOW The manager graciously offered to deduct that entree from our bill which was nice, especially since I did not request. Somehow, I always regret eating at RT, yet still drop by once a year or so for the salad bar and always make the same mistake of ordering something off the menu. Surprised this place is still open.

I have been here before and was satisfied with the service and food. It wasn't above and beyond, but adequate. This time, (which was about a month ago) my daughter found something in her food that did not belong there, and advised the waitress. She left to talk to someone and came back and said she didn't know what it was and shrugged. That was pretty much it. Wow. They need some serious training on customer service. I don't think I will be back.

This place is OK. I have never really liked this chain of restaurants and this restaurant experience did nothing to change my mind. Because they seriously lack any good vegetarian options on the menu, I just got the salad bar for lunch. The salad bar lacks variety and isn't all that exciting. I also find it kind of gross that everyone is touching all the utensils and might be coughing all over the food. The service here is pretty average and the prices are a tad overpriced for the average food.

Prince Frederick location. This once was a great place to enjoy a meal but no longer. Food is acceptable, service terrible! Evidently cutting corners to save money. Unfortunately I foresee this business will close its doors unless change is made immediately and I would begin with the manager.

Ruby's has eliminate all of the interesting salad bar items such as cherry tomatoes, chick peas, black olives, beets, cottage cheese and a few others and still charge $9.00 for lettuce broccoli and cucumbers. Not acceptable. Will not be back as this was the only reason I would stop here for a quick meal.

Good salad bar, the rest of their food is marginal at best. It might be difficult to find a restaurant that has worst service.

Well. Here's somewhere that I'm not shocked at the low rating for once. My mom had some gift cards for RT she won in a raffle so we decided to use them on the day my brother got back from boot camp. We pull up at 6:15 on a Friday night and the parking lot was deserted. That should be indication 1 that the place isn't doing well. It should be more full than that. We walked in, party of 6 and were immediately given a table no problem. Our waiter was Logan-and I feel bad giving a one star review on the basis that he was actually very nice, tried to make our experience pleasant, but it doesn't negate the rest of the evening. We ordered a round of drinks to start off with-no problem. I ordered the spiked strawberry lemonade, and evidently it doesn't come muddled with strawberries anymore. I know this is Red Robin's signature thing, but I know the last time I ordered this at RT it had fruit in it. Also, I had 2 of these and I felt NO buzz AT ALL. I am a very tiny person and hadn't eaten anything all day. I would be SHOCKED to find out how much alcohol was honestly in there. It was the most watered down drink I've ever had in my life. We ordered an app platter which came out to a table of 6 people and when it did, we had to ask the assistant waitress for plates because it evidently made sense to them for us to all reach across the table to eat finger foods. Then it took a good 5 minutes to get plates. Did you go to Ikea to buy them? When we decided to order I asked for the avocado turkey burger...but I wanted a beef burger instead of the turkey one. All the same toppings but beef. And I wanted onion rings as a side. Not that difficult. This is where Logan loses a few points-he made a snippy comment about me making a complicated order and that's not that much to ask. 3 out of the 6 people at the table have waitressed at some point in college and we know what it's like. No need to be rude. We waited what felt like the length of the stone age to get our food, which was unacceptable considering how few tables were in the place. When we finally did get our food-they were all cold. My burger came out with fries instead of the onion rings I ordered. It also came out with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and a TON of mayo all over it (in addition to the bacon and avocado I actually wanted). I could have let the LTOP go but I loathe mayo with a passion, and asked that the turkey be swapped for beef, not for another burger with a bunch of extra crap. I spent 10 minutes scraping mayo off a cold burger and then had to ask for the onion rings I actually ordered. At the end of the day, nothing was even that good. My dad and brother visited the men's restroom and advised us to wait until we got home to use the ladies' room. That's not a clean place. That's not somewhere I want to go back to. I'm glad we got rid of the gift cards, but I'm not glad we spent our time and money here-I'm not glad my brother's first real meal out of boot camp had to suck.

The portions were minute and the waitress was super slow although she was nice and the manager was nice too walking around and talking with the kids who came with us Overall not bad could have been quicker service and I would have scored higher but I left an appropriate 20% tip and went to sweet frog for some happiness

first the food and service are well beyond saving. It's like paying the ponies as to how your order is going to come out. Often times orders are crossed and items missing which take forever to correct. However I will tell you a secert. The only reason to go here is that hands down they make a killer Mojtio. Nothing out of a mix these folks have a muddler and know how to use it.

This has been my second experience at this location and both have been baaaaad!! Ordered carry out the other day for a pretzel burger with fries and a Flatbread chicken. Raw french fries with an over cooked hockey puck on a hard pretzel roll... not good at all, threw it away. Flatbread chicken was obviously thrown into the box because it was all over the place when we opened the box and total mush. I wrote to ruby Tuesday with yet again, no response. Do yourself a favor and just stay away from this place.

No paper towels in the bathroom, uninterested wait staff, food is served cold, my burger was way over cooked even though I asked for it medium rare, and the salad bar is very lackluster. Definitely never coming here again. Should have gone to panera.

The place is filthy, the food came out either cold or overcooked. The waitstaff is nice enough but we went in recently mid-afternoon we were the only people in the place and yet i had to wait over ten minutes to get a refill on my drink . . . would only go here if i am starving and there are NO other options
